How does intuition work? A deeper look beyond the surface

Many people believe that intuition is just a quick feeling or "gut instinct" based on our past experiences, that it works like automatically. They think it’s the unconscious mind rapidly putting together everything we’ve been through to help us make decisions. But intuition is much more than that. While it might feel like it comes from our mind or past, true intuition comes from something much deeper - our spiritual heart. This inner compass connects us with deep inner knowledge, it is our direct connection with the Universe, far beyond the limits of logic or past experiences.

It is the essential, our only navigator, a compass, a north star on the path of human life. The Universe is a vast and immeasurable, constantly growing and changing whole, and a person is a small part of it, a cell with a specific function, a specific, unique path for each in the entire organism of the Universe. The heart is that part of us that is a direct our connection with the whole Universe, it actually has all the information about what is happening in the Universe, what the current energies are, where the Universe is going, what it wants from people and from each of us individually. The spiritual heart is that divine particle of a Primary Source, through which we empower God within ourselves.

A common misconception is that people think their heart misleads them when things don’t go as planned. But this happens when they don’t listen to their heart, or listen only when it’s convenient or seems logical. Heart never lies. It always points us toward the best decision for our growth, but we need to consistently listen to it. Sometimes, the heart's guidance might align with logic and feel comfortable, but other times it may challenge us. It’s in those challenging moments that many people choose the easier, more logical option, thinking the heart was wrong.

The heart never misleads, it always knows the way.

The heart’s path doesn’t mean making wild, illogical decisions. Often, our heart and mind work together in harmony. But when they don’t, it’s because the heart knows something deeper that the mind can’t see right away. When you consistently follow your heart’s guidance, even when it’s uncomfortable or seems unclear, you’re ensuring that you’re moving in the right direction, one that serves your highest purpose.

It’s essential to learn how energy works, especially in this new "internet era" where we are surrounded by vast amounts of information, many people who believe they know "how you should live”, AI, and endless possibilities.

Energy carries and stores information, and when we begin to understand and read it, life can take an unexpectedly positive turn.

Many people blame others, circumstances, or even the universe for their problems, but these are only the consequences of their own choices, thoughts, and actions, whether in this life or past ones. By understanding energy from a deeper perspective, we can understand and shift our situations, learn how to act or respond, and even understand how to heal ourselves.

To hear inner guidance clearly, our mind and logic need to be set in their proper place. The mind is an important part of us and never should be “turned off”, but it should work in harmony with the deeper parts of ourselves rather than overpowering them. When our mind is quiet and balanced, we can fully hear the heart’s guidance.

How to understand your Heart's voice, how intuition really works

The heart never speaks in words or images, it speaks with feelings, a sensation, which essentially means "yes" - it is different for people, there is no one fundamental feeling of the voice of the heart. In your mind, ask your mind and logic to take their rightful place, and invite your heart to show its voice. For one, it may be a feeling of peace in the heart area, for another it may be a shudder running through the body, a yawn or a sneeze, a sense of safety, or even a specific smell. Trust it, and allow it to come. When you ask your heart if something is from your heart (or when verifying something) - if that feeling comes, means the answer is positive. If the feeling does not come - it means that the thing you are asking about is not from your heart, does not align with your heart’s path. Some people also feel a "no" feeling, but not all.

Intuition is a powerful tool that helps us connect to our true self. This is also a path to discovering and expressing our uniqueness, radiating confidence, and making decisions with certainty and inner strength.
