Inner Seeing (Inner Vision): What It Is and How to Develop It

In this article, I will describe inner seeing as one of the key elements of a deeper consciousness and its fundamentals. I will also use it as a theoretical summary of a method I use. I'll start with a few examples and then go on to discuss the basics.

What is Inner seeing (Inner Vision)

Inner seeing, or inner vision is a person's ability to see beyond the surface, beyond the boundaries of the physical world, a form of clairvoyance. It is an internal tool that helps to understand information that is on the energetic-subtle level, providing opportunities to see much more broadly not only life situations, but also to perceive the person himself, the world, with a completely different breadth and depth. This allows us to work with life challenges, goals, on a totally different level.

How Inner Seeing (Inner Vision) Helps in Daily Life

A person, by taking 100% responsibility for what is happening in his life, has the opportunity to change it from the ground up. It is important to realize that you can never be in the position of a victim and see why a specific person attracted certain events into his life. There is no such thing as "I am innocent, I was in the wrong place at the wrong time or it is beyond my control" - everything depends only on ourselves and the decisions we have made or are making, both in this and past lives.

A simple example, a person has a headache. Apart from automatically taking medication, a person with inner seeing can see that there is a block in the head for some energy, which is why it cannot flow through and causes pressure in the head. After seeing what kind of energy it is, where it comes from or what it is connected with, after looking through the seeing why the energy does not flow (what the block consists of), the person can close the situation causing the block. This is a conscious removal of the block, as a result of which the energy passes and the headache stops.

That block can be related to a variety of things, and inner seeing specifically allows you to see what the core situation is. For example, a person needs to go to a meeting with another person, and he starts to have a severe headache. The block in the head may be related to a past life situation that has surfaced, where there was a major conflict with that person that did not end well. The soul blocks that person's energy through that block. In this case, we look at why that conflict was attracted - it could be a contract between souls before life that they will learn through anger or competition, or simply because it was not from the heart to cooperate with that person or carry out that project. The Universe, through that situation, stopped what was not supposed to happen, but the soul created program that cooperation with that person is a 'tragedy'. When you realize that the cooperation itself was not from the heart, you cancel the program about that person (just in your mind, by saying “I cancel this”). The soul calms down, the block is removed, and if at this time cooperation with that person is from the heart (heart confirms this), the energy flows and the headache no longer hurts.

Of course, this is just an example, not every time the headache will be related to a past life, it can simply be a reluctance of some part to do something, or a simple program about something, for example, that ‘this is wrong’ and so on. Well, here I could write many examples, but each person’s situation is different and related to different things.

In this article, I have described a few more factors that can affect the quality of our lives: Unseen influences that shape our reality. However, this list is certainly not exhaustive, there are countless unmentioned things that can affect a person, and as we improve and grow, new layers of seeing and information open up for the work itself and its depth.

It is the same with all illnesses, conflicts, never-ending circles and turns in life, problems - everything has a deeper reason, and inner seeing allows you to see what that real reason is and how to deal with it. Some situations are quickly and easily resolved, while others require going through layers, bringing more things to the surface and sorting them out. You always have to check with your heart whether the situation is understood 100% at this moment, as much as it needs to be understood.

The most important thing is to realize that inner vision is not a game, it cannot be used out of curiosity, fun, or just a desire to dig. With it, you go deeper into the energetic world, which brings significantly more energy to the surface, and those energies may not be the most positive, especially if you are going through karmic situations.

You should work with inner vision only when your heart accepts it, and realize that the situations raised need to be fully closed so that nothing negative comes from them. In other words, raising and activating energies is quite easy and simple, but you also need to be able to control them.

Essential Foundations for Developing Inner Seeing

Heart - the foundation of everything is the heart (spiritual heart but also related to the physical heart) and the path of the heart. It is the essential, our only navigator, like a compass, a north star on the path of human life. The Universe is a vast and immeasurable, constantly growing and changing whole, and a person is a small part of it, a cell with a specific function, a specific, unique path for each in the entire organism of the Universe. The heart is that part of us that actually has all the information about what is happening in the Universe, what the current energies are, where the Universe is going, what it wants from people and from each of us individually. The spiritual heart is that divine particle of a Primary Source, through which we empower God within ourselves.

With so much information, both coming from the physical external world and from various structures at the energy level, only the heart allows us not to get lost and to realize what is true, what is real and what we really need. When working with inner seeing, we verify everything we see and do through our heart. For this, the heart must be pure, unblocked, and untainted.

The heart never speaks in words or images, it speaks with feelings, a sensation, which essentially means "yes" - it is different for people, there is no one fundamental feeling of the voice of the heart.

For one, it may be a feeling of peace in the heart area, for another it may be a shudder running through the body, a yawn or a sneeze. You just need to ask your heart to show you what feeling it is speaking to you with. When you ask your heart if something is from your heart (or when verifying something) - if that feeling comes, means the answer is positive. If the feeling does not come - it means that the thing you are asking about is not from your heart, does not align with your heart’s path. Some people also feel a "no" feeling, but not all.

The mind is like our internal computer, storing and processing information received from the external physical world, as well as our own experiences in this life. We can say that the mind works like a computer program or artificial intelligence, which, having processed the information it has, makes decisions automatically. It is very important to understand that the mind does not have the ability to understand energies, past lives, it does not read them, does not see them and cannot include in its decisions many things invisible to the physical eye, which can have a very significant impact on life decisions and situations.

Its principle is "then it was like this, it will be like this now" - and this is wrong, because if one person succeeds in something, it does not mean that you will succeed too, because it may not be your path at all, not at all what your soul came to this life for, and not what the Universe is leading you towards. Likewise, if something didn't work out for you once, it doesn't mean that another project won't work out either - maybe there wasn't enough energy to implement that project at that time, maybe you weren't ready for it, maybe other people weren't ready for it, or maybe you just had some energy blocks that prevented you from implementing the project.

So, what should be the “correct” way of making decisions - the mind, having processed the information it has, offers you options - and you check each of them with your heart to understand which one is from your heart, which aligns with your heart’s path. The same options available can have completely different outcomes for different people - for one, the heart may accept doing one thing, for another, a completely different thing, and for a third, it may seem that none of the currently available options are suitable.

The mind is very important for a person, but it must be 100% in its place and perform its functions. When it begins to take over the function of the heart and or of the other our parts, a person easily gets out of their own path, often goes in circles, and simply cannot find peace, progress, and development.

The spirit is like our inner warrior, a reflection and generator of a person's masculine energy, both in men and women. The spirit is responsible for determination, courage, discipline, firmness, stability, inner strength, and pursuit of goals.

What are the problems when the spirit does not take up 100 percent of its space? If it takes up more space than it should, the man is very harsh, inflexible, can be stubborn, follows his own or other people's created rules too much, blindly not seeing the whole situation, etc. If the spirit in a woman takes up too much space than it should - too much masculine energy flows through her, sexual energy may be expressed too strongly, most likely she has difficulty finding a partner, soulmate, or having found one, has problems in maintaining a harmonious relationship. She often feels very independent and “I can do everything myself" - in reality, in this case, the spirit overwhelms the soul and the woman's feminine energy. This often happens when a woman grows up without a father or has a mother who is more dominated by masculine energy. It also happens when a person engages in many spiritual practices, because it leads to the discharge of the subtle parts of a person responsible for feminine or masculine energy, even if it’s not seen on the surface. Of course, not only these cases can be a reason.

If a person's spirit takes up too little space - he may be too soft, can be without his own opinion, easily manipulated, wherever the wind blows - he will go. The missing energy of the spirit can manifest itself in too much feminine energy, putting people over his head, not having his own word, not having goals or strength to pursue them etc. God gives us the spirit only for this life, it does not reincarnate, but it is part of our Divine team, which reads and understands energies. It helps us navigate on subtle levels and when working with inner vision, we also receive information through it.

The soul is our deepest, oldest part, which reincarnates and carries the experience and knowledge of all lives. The soul is like a reflection of a person's feminine, creative energy. Souls are both male and female by nature, but are inherently responsible for feminine energy, creativity, tenderness, flexibility, and adaptability. Generally, men should have more masculine energy, a stronger spirit. Women should have more feminine energy flowing, the soul should be more expressed than the spirit. But in any case, the soul, like all of our parts, must take its place in our being by 100% as it should and perform the functions it must perform.

A soul that takes up too much space in the being manifests itself in excessive principles, dramas, uncontrolled energy, emotions. A soul that takes up too little of its space in a person reflects frozen creativity (not necessarily creativity in the literal sense here, but also the creativity of life in general), often a feeling of meaninglessness, inner emptiness. The soul is also a part of our Divine team, allowing and helping us to understand the spiritual-energetic world. Through the soul we see past lives, soul contracts, programs that subconsciously but very strongly influence life decisions, situations, and the quality of life itself.

The mind sees the world in gray. There are no colors in it, everything is cold and monotonous. The spirit usually sees the world as black and white. Things are good or bad, something is right or wrong, a lot of categorization and frames. The soul brings colors to our world. Therefore, only through the soul does true creation take place, only works from the soul can touch other souls, convey meaning and depth. Our true nature is revealed through the soul. If you feel that your life lacks colors, this is a big sign that your soul is suppressed, pushed out, or blocked in some other way.

The Highest Ones are also energetic structures, parts of our Divine team, responsible for collecting and transmitting information from the higher worlds to our consciousness and subconsciousness in a language we understand, in a way we can comprehend. I see them as subtle human figures, and God gives us them according to our consciousness, size, and current stages of life. As consciousness expands, as we grow as a being, the Higher Ones transform or sometimes are replaced by new ones that are needed at that time.

All these parts of us must be in their rightful place and perform the functions that they are supposed to perform, by 100 percent. When distortions occur, unpleasant, painful life situations also arise.

When we restore our connection with the Soul, Spirit, the Highest Ones, 100% bring them onto the path of the Heart, start talking to them and working consciously, our inner seeing also opens, because through these parts (also through the third eye) we see the energetic, the subtle world.

Body - our physical body, as it were, unites all our parts into one whole, it is also a reflection of everything that happens in our subtle world. All pains, ailments are a reflection of the fact that in the energy world something is not as it should be, that something needs to be fixed, corrected, changed. The body, like life itself, like events in the physical world show states and events that have already occurred in the energy space. More sensitive people, also those already working with inner seeing, can sense things in advance, before them happening in the physical world, thus needed actions can be done to prevent unfortunes, possible diseases etc.

Subtle body - the subtle body looks just like our body, only it is visible through inner seeing, on it we see energy structures that affect our physical body. That is, all blocks, parasites or other energetic structures, stagnant energy, drained energy, lost parts, shackles, chains, injuries, etc. – through subtle body we can understand what is happening with our own physical body, and with the help of inner seeing to deal with it.

Situations are events from this and past lives that are not understood and affect our present. Most often, these are negative experiences, or our decisions that were made without following the laws of the Universe, were not from the heart, with wrong goals, intentions or methods, and the like. These are situations whose energy has remained at subtle levels, and which at some point surface and reach the physical level, and affect us negatively.

Negativity can come from them, contracts that were once signed, programs that were set or started, karmic lessons, etc. can act and this way affect our life negatively. When working with inner seeing, we see what specific situations have risen to the surface, which are currently working and have a negative impact, and then we process them so that we can fully realize and close them and stop that negative effect.

In order to see the essence in situations, to understand what needs to be perceived, we ask God and Mother Earth for realizations and right perception. It would involve seeing what happened there, what programs or contracts were at play, that we made those decisions or why we attracted particular events, or what programs, contracts and other subtle things have been initiated after particular experiences. Through the heart, we check whether we have understood the situation 100% as much as is needed at this time. If it is 100%, means the situation is closed. Situations cannot be left incompletely closed, because negative energy will continue to flow from them.

Divine quarantine is an energetic place where we can temporarily place situations that have arisen on the surface, so that it is easier to work with them, so that they do not overlap and do not mix with each other. Everyone sees it in the way that it is more convenient for them to recognize this structure.

Programs are unconscious stances and beliefs about something. Contracts are very diverse and unconsciously signed with other people, other beings (both light and dark), and we have signed many of them. For example, a contract with another soul to "be together forever" was signed in a past life when they were happily married. In this life, this person may not be completely from your heart, which can either distract you from the partner you are looking for (that is, the one who is really supposed to come into your life), or, if you are already in a relationship and meet that soul somewhere, conflicting feelings, doubts about the current relationship, conflicts with your current partner, as well as other relationship-related problems may arise.

Also, agreements with dark forces are very common, even if you think it’s not possible or you haven’t done it intentionally. Usually we give or sacrifice something (our energy, creativity, heart’s path, relationships and so on), in order to get something, when we do not follow our heart and try to get things not according to the Laws of the Universe. This can be when we try to get something faster than we should, something that we want but actually shouldn’t be doing or getting, etc. These agreements are signed unconsciously, but with inner seeing we can see and cancel them with the right perception and realizations of the situation when the contracts were signed. However, you need to work only with those that have risen to the surface, or with those that the heart shows.

Passages/openings - these are like open places in our structures through which negativity or other people's programs can enter, energy can be drained or parts of us can be taken away. Passages can also be various, for example, contracts through which energy is drained or parts of us are given away, wrong actions of the past or present, which become a passage. These can be programs about ourselves or about other people, about other things, life. One of the strongest passages is not listening to the heart. Through the things we do (or did) that do not come from our heart, various parasites, beings can attach themselves and suck out human energy. And that energy can be of any kind - vital, creative, relationship, money, development, etc.

In this article, I have described the general basis for working with inner vision, what it is and what it looks like. Every work, whether with myself or with a client, is different, you never know what will arise or where the information will lead. The most important thing is to listen to your heart, trust God, trust Mother Earth, trust the Universe and continuously make efforts for yourself.
