Just as nature moves through its cycles and seasons, so do we as human beings. Our personal growth can be seen as a journey through distinct stages of evolution. Let's explore three fundamental stages of this journey and how they shape our understanding of ourselves and the world.
Stage 1: Understanding the Physical World
In the first stage, we focus on understanding our physical bodies and the world around us. This phase involves learning, growing, and achieving as we strive to create comfort and stability in our lives, whether at work, at home, or within our communities. We learn about the systems we live in: family, education, work, and society. However, even when we achieve what we’ve dreamed of, we may still feel a sense of discomfort, burnout, or purposelessness. This often signals that something deeper is missing from our lives.
Stage 2: Exploring the Spiritual World
The second stage invites us to delve into the spiritual world. Here, we explore our inner selves, the unconscious mind, and subtle energies. We begin to see beyond the visible, expanding our understanding of life and our purpose. This period of discovery is filled with learning and growth, much like the first stage, but with a focus on the spiritual and unseen aspects of existence. We start to see ourselves and others from a broader, more profound perspective.
Stage 3: Merging the Physical and Spiritual Worlds - The Cycle of Consciousness
It is common for people who start and go through their deeper self-awareness journeys to find themselves in dilemmas: What should their paths be? What are they actually supposed to do with their lives? How should they incorporate the gained spiritual knowledge into their everyday life? How should they reveal and disclose themselves to live a truly fulfilling and wealthy life? With these questions and feelings, we step onto the threshold of a new, next cycle of our lives.
This stage is about understanding why things happen in our lives and taking full responsibility for them
In this third stage, we integrate both the physical and spiritual aspects of life into a state of consciousness. Consciousness gives us the ability to see why we have or don’t have things in our life, why something is happening or not happening, and why things are the way they are. When we see the root causes of the issues and challenges we have and take full responsibility for our life and its direction, we become able to transform it. While the first two periods are mainly based on rules, dogmas, programs, and other pattern-forming processes, in consciousness, we open ourselves to a life where the main and most important basis of being and living is going with the current energies of the Universe. Our spiritual heart (also called intuition) is a piece of God and the Universe within us, like a channel to the most up-to-date information of the Universe - where it is going and what is expected from us.
I call intuition, our spiritual heart as our main compass through life.
It involves moving beyond the rules and dogmas of the first two stages and aligning with the current energies of the universe. By tuning into our spiritual heart, or our intuition, we gain access to insights that guide us through life’s challenges and opportunities, enabling us to make decisions that align with our true purpose.
Key Elements of Consciousness
Taking Full Responsibility: Recognize that you are the creator of your reality. Your thoughts, actions, and choices shape your experiences.
Awareness and Understanding: Cultivate awareness of yourself and your surroundings, including the emotional, psychological, and spiritual energies at play. Combine this with a deep understanding of these elements to navigate life effectively.
Inner Seeing and Intuition: Use inner seeing to delve deeply into your inner landscape, identifying true feelings and motivations. Let your intuition serve as a guide, offering insights beyond rational thought.
Identifying and Eliminating Blockages: Recognize obstacles that impede your progress, whether they are internal fears or external situations. Take conscious actions to remove these blockages and move forward.
Commitment to the Heart's Path: Stay dedicated to your journey, consistently following the guidance of your heart. Apply your awareness and insights to overcome challenges and continue growing along your path.
Consciousness is not about seeking higher vibrations or following a spiritual path. It is about taking full responsibility for your life, understanding the energies and situations you face, and using your inner wisdom to navigate obstacles. By doing so, you can eliminate blockages and move forward with clarity and purpose.
